Born and raised in Washington, D.C.,  Nicholas Townsend brings deep local roots and a lifelong commitment to service to his career in real estate. A proud graduate of Gonzaga College High School, Nicholas continued his education at Temple University, where he further sharpened his leadership skills—skills first cultivated through his journey to earning the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America.

Nicholas relocated to Annapolis in August, drawn to the unique blend of waterfront living, community charm, and historic character that defines the area. His connection to the region runs even deeper: three years ago, his parents purchased a waterfront home in Annapolis through Coldwell Banker, giving him firsthand insight into the exceptional client care and market expertise that shape successful transactions.

Now part of that same legacy, Nicholas approaches every client relationship with integrity, diligence, and genuine enthusiasm. Whether guiding first‑time buyers, helping families settle into the Annapolis lifestyle, or assisting sellers in maximizing their home’s value, he strives to make the real estate experience smooth, informed, and rewarding.

Outside of real estate, Nicholas enjoys exploring the Chesapeake Bay, engaging with the local community, and continuing the values of service and leadership that have shaped his life.
